J.D. Rock Custom Home Improvements L.L.C. is a privately held company specializing in residential home improvements and renovations. We are licensed with the Maryland Home Improvement Commission (MHIC #123100), are an “A” rated accredited member of the Better Business Bureau and are fully insured.
What makes us different?
Like many contractors, J.D. Rock has years of experience in the home improvement industry. The difference with J.D. Rock begins right from the start. Jon answers the phone/email and returns your call, typically the same day. Next, he shows up at the agreed time for your appointment. If it’s a project that needs design work, he comes with his designer (at no charge), and goes over the project with you. A plan can be produced in CAD (computer aided design) and shown to the customer in “3D”. For many people, this confirms their decision to hire J.D. Rock as their contractor. All this is done with a professional, non-pressure, approach. Jon strives to “teach” the customer about the project so that they are better informed and understand why things are being done a certain way.
